Damage scenario: cracked concrete

Add a damage scenario where a part of the bridge has cracked.

I will just find reference values from papers, for young's modulus and for a typically crack area.

First three images show young's modulus for a healthy bridge and then for two cracks.

Each crack is one one lane and 20% of the bridge length.

Displacement recorded due a point load in the center of the bridge.

The crack near the center of the bridge has little effect, but the crack near the center does, note the blue increase in the middle.

Let's called them cracked zones rather than individual cracks as cracks usually appear in groups.
