Model meshing & verification #133

The 3D model should be re-meshed and verified within a day or two here's an initial image from today. The previous meshing was overly complex and made little sense, hard to control the amount of nodes, and lots of nodes at places that were unnecessary. This is much cleaner, should improve model performance and convergence.
