result plots:

[ ] top view sensor plot (started): fraction of sensor responses classified as normal, per sensor
[ ] iterate days & pier settlement (started) (like the current plot which is just for 1mm of pier settlement)
[ ] many sensors: increase accuracy by considering many sensors and/or multiple days (like the current plot which is just for 1mm of pier settlement, but hopefully this will reduce false positives)
[ ] something with concrete (started)

fix:

[ ] Python & Windows
[ ] Stress in uniform temperature loading
[ ] jaggedness in response (low priority)

Goeden avond Arpad Rozsas. I think the document looks significantly better now. Tomorrow (Sunday 22nd) I will focus on the notebooks, and try the workhorse again.

@rozsasarpi maybe you can take a 5 minute look at the document, no more than 5 because I am definitely aware of a few small things that need changing, just it's getting late now. I would be most interested in a comment on the structure of the whole thing.

This issue is already out of date, not a fan of colleciton issues anyway..

I just read this issue now. Although you say that it is already outdated, here are a few observations that may be still useful (I just checked the headings and skimmed through the doc so my observations might be wrong):

I would put a small motivation into the introduction as well, just one or two main points and then I would refer to chapter 4 for more details
Discussion and Summary and conclusions\recommendations chapters are missing
the list of references is typically before the annexes.
