Disable reordering of files while processing #19

What feature would you like? Although reordering files while merging is in process should have no side effects, it is not good UI design. We should be visually disabling the file list and preventing reordering of files whenever a merge is in progress.

The merge button should also be disabled to indicate that no input from the user is needed.
