Added Inky Impression 7.3 support #30

Updated the code to change the scaling factors when an Inky Impression 7.3 from Pimoroni is detected. This also involves explicitly setting the background colour of the frame buffer to white - which should also work ok for the InkyPHAT.

Do you plan to make any other changes to make use of the larger screen?

Hi James,Yes I do intend to, as there is empty space. My idea is to add configurable icons for appliances, and adjust for whether their controls are ‘start in…’ or ‘finish in…’ Also thinking about added GivEnergy Battery and Mixergy Tank status.
