There are 2 requested features:

1. The ability to give custom email providers friendly names.

2. The ability to remove the built in providers in order to simplify the 
options list when a mailtolink is clicked.

Hello, would it be possible to recognize the tag {In-Reply-To} ?
It would be useful when replying to mailing lists directly from web
archives.

@Comment 3: no, not unless it's recognized as an official option. I'm also not 
aware of email clients that support this via mailto links.
