What steps will reproduce the problem? (Bug reports only)
1. Trying to install mailto on my Mac Air (Chrome). This results in the 
abovementioned message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? If you are requesting
support: what would you like to know? How to enable this!

What version are you using? 16.0.912.77

(go to chrome://extension/ (Chrome) or options
-> extensions (Safari) to find this out).

What browser do you use? And what version?

What email service do you use? (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo mail)

Any other information I might need to know?

Hi, I do not support versions prior to Chrome 18.
Currently, the latest stable version of Chrome is Chrome 19. Please update to 
that version.
