Description

After I add a valid appointment to a user and a valid note, when I delete the note from the same user, it deletes the appointment as well
This might be problematic when the nurse wants to just remove the note tagged to this particular client and do not want to delete its appointment

Steps to Reproduce
1. makeappt 1 a/Surgery s/28-10-2024-12-00 e/28-10-2024-15-00

addnotes 1 pn/TESTESTTESTESTEST
delnotes 1

Expected Outcome
- Only the notes should be deleted
Actual Outcome
- Deletes the note and the appointment tagged to the patient
