2 years ago - I included information for the rho and frequency comparisons on the about page and made sure on the comparison tab it also says that when choosing the comparison.
- I added the citation, but was not sure if there is a report number for GMRI or NEFMC?
- Sections can now be minimized and expanded on the home page! Let me know if you like it!

Some thoughts on the home page: -Can you create links that will lead to the glossary on words that need defining throughout the main text? Some words that will probably need a definition are: stock assessment misspecification, retrospective patterns, and retrospective pattern adjustments. -Somewhere on the home page aside from in the scenarios tab, we should make it clear that the retrospective pattern adjustments and annual update scenarios only occur with a recruitment and natural mortality stock assessment misspecification. These scenarios were simulated with this misspecification combination, because it is likely that multiple parameters are misspecified, and this misspecification combination produced retrospective patterns comparable to those in the most recent GOM cod stock assessment. -In the acknowledgements, can we provide the actual citation for the full report? -I think the information on the home page is great, but may seem overwhelming all at once. Can the sections be minimized until clicked on? I'm not sure if this is an option in R Shiny.
