Add CDN usage #23

I added a jsDelivr CDN link to your readme to make it easier to use. jsDelivr is the fastest opensource CDN available and built specifically for production usage.

Cool, thanks for opening a PR for this! Two small comments:

  1. Can you change the url to the .min version so people include a production ready script?

  2. Also, add a break line between the paragraphs and the code snippets so it's more readable when editing the markdown file :)
