Whitespace Rule Group docs page is misnamed "Alignment Rule Group" #970

Environment Viewing docs on Firefox on Windows 10. Docs version "latest" (v3.16.0)

Describe the bug The heading of the page docs\rule_groups\whitespace_rule_group.rst is incorrect.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://vhdl-style-guide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/rule_groups/whitespace_rule_group.html
  2. Look at the title of the page.
  3. See error

Expected behavior I expected the page to be called "Whitespace Rule Group".
