Implement Projects page

Desired Features of Project page

Allow for users to see each project and the tech stack for each project
Allow for users to click on a project and be taken to live project or page which lists more (almost like a blog post) [Stretch Goal: Blog-type project listing]
Ability to use GraphCMS to manage projects and their information
Ability to filter Projects by tech stack, date created, and other information [Stretch Goal]

Right now, I can proudly say that the Projects page is ready for implementation.

Pull request #22 implements all but one of the desired features which is the ability to filter Projects by tech stack, date created, and other information. However, this was a stretch goal and one other stretch goal was achieved. It will still be likely implemented after launch and once I have more projects under my belt! 😀
