Implement About page

Desired features of About page

• Allow for users to get to know me by containing bio, CS experience and skills and education
• Allow for users to switch between About me experiences [Stretch Goal] -- For example, default view would be tailored towards Software Engineering. Other views would be personal, and musician views to cater to users visiting personal website for different reasons -- Stylized page for each view, giving a different feel for each which would give the site a bit more depth
• Display photos for user to browse through

Pull request #24 successfully implements the About page and closes this issue. Stretch goals will be revisited in the future.
