✨ Implement About Me page

This pull request implements the About Me page.

The features in Issue #17 are included in this pull request except the stretch goal which would give users different views, and the goal which would allow users to browse through photos. The desired features will be re-evaluated following Beta launch.

What this pull request contains:

• About Me page
  • Header which contains short introduction and picture
  • Detailed About paragraph
  • List of technologies and frameworks with titles and links
  • Necessary CSS changes, responsive rules, and TypeScript types.
