Cannot break blocks in new version #7

In my singleplayer world I cannot break any blocks in creative or survival. It basically just acts like spawn protection. The only blocks I can break are pylons. https://gyazo.com/5f448887b8febaca52603ec380c8154b

Should be fixed in 2.0.4.
