Add "date update" system and enhanced configuration #3

I added the "date update" system, so users just have to launch sublime-header keybinding and the header will be updated.

They no longer need to input again the project name. Only the "Last update" line will be changed.

I changed the file support temporarily because my keybinding CTRL + S launch sublime-header and I only need these headers on my Epitech files. I will work later on the update of this and see to use a configuration file to list which type of files need Epitech header.
