[ ] homebrew is a bash installer
[ ] ctags is ctags.d now
[ ] universal-ctags homebrew doesn't work
[ ] a lot of unused brew and cask installers to remove
[ ] neovim instead of vim
[ ] doesn't install monoid fonts
[ ] could have iterm Snazzy colors
[ ] iterm default profile settings
[ ] :PlugInstall
[ ] neovim LSPs not installed (lua, treesitter :TSUpdate)
[ ] neovim: python virtualenv with pynvim is not installed for python provider
[ ] remove ruby installers
[ ] rectangle and preferences
[ ] figure out the python installation
[ ] rust install
[ ] ripgrep
[ ] sys prefs -> accessibility -> pointer click -> three finger drag
[ ] sys prefs -> trackpad
[ ] amphetamine from mas

to install pynvim correctly on wsl2 or ubuntu/deb

sudo apt-get install libffi-dev libssl-dev libbz2-dev libreadline-dev libsqlite3-dev
-- pyenv installer (curl https://pyenv.run | bash)
-- add to PATH in zshrc
pyenv install 3.11
pyenv global $(pyenv latest 3.11)
python -m venv ~/.pyenv/versions/$(pyenv latest 3.11)/envs/py3nvim
ln -s $HOME/.pyenv/versions/$(pyenv latest 3.11)/envs/py3nvim $HOME/.pyenv/versions/py3nvim
$HOME/.pyenv/versions/py3nvim/bin/python pip install pynvim
