Add support for Kirkstone #7

Changes to add support for Kirkstone. Branch is made on top of .NET SDK update which should be merged first. You also probably want to create branch for the dunfell/zeus from the master before merging this.

master branch is now compatible with kirkstone dunfell has been branched for backwards compatibility

I am facing the same issue : erro NU1301 when compiling hello-world app. Buld host running in ESxi VM. Have you found something ?
