Landing Activity #10

We need to implement a Landing Activity that the user will see once that enter the app. The activity tentatively should have "New Game", "High Score", "Settings", and "Quit" (We may not need to have "Quit" because they can just back out of the app.

Buttons have been mostly implemented. High score and settings currently go to UnderConstruction but no big deal
