New Game Landing Activity #11

We need to have New Game Landing Activity. The activity should the following buttons: "Single Player", "Multiplayer", and "Tutorial". I don't think that we will have multiplayer or tutorial working by the alpha version, so this activity may not be necessary right now.

Don't think we are going to have this section. If we do we can just open it back up.
