Changed code points of powerline glyphs #13

Hi,

i had problems displaying the custom glyphs in your theme using the patched fonts which already worked in lokaltogs vim and bash scripts. I found that your theme uses the code points used in lokaltogs deprecated vim-powerline.

I've tried to adapt the glyphs your theme uses to the code points used in the current version of powerline, so your theme can be used with fonts patched with the current version of the powerline fontpatcher :)

This breaks compatibility with the old versions of the patched fonts, so every previously patched font would have to be patched again.. What to you think?
