Add option to display short hostname in place of FQDN #39

Creates a new variable $POWERLINE_SHORT_HOST_NAME for setting whether to display the short hostname instead of the FQDN. Useful when connected to multiple servers via SSH where all share a common domain and you only want to see the machine name up to the first dot.
