Fix Paul Ryan Two Column Layout #3

Right now, two column setup looks really odd. Find out a way to better lay it out?

This is the overflow that happens on my screen. The text overflows, so we'll need to update the breakpoints. 1033px x 503px

The red border on some heights/sizes just bugs me. But I can get over that part. Biggest issue is the text overflow.

I do, but it is not docked.
