Exit after auto refresh doesn't work #17

With "Close after Auto-Refresh completes" enabled, the app no longer does so like in 3.20. Instead, after all operations are finished, the app displays a window asking: Do I really want to close SuprSetr. It claims its still completing a task, but there is none. So now the app no longer self-closes. I basically run SuprSetr as a 'cron' job.

Fixed in commit a160e158. SuprSetr can now closes after auto-refresh finishes.
