Unclear why date format is wrong #2

Command: create e/ n/John Baby Shower on/2021-02-29 t/celebration Expected: Success Actual: Date format error.

If it is a issue with a leap year / date not existing, there should be a custom error message to handle it if not it is very perplexing to a user why the date is not being accepted.
