Recommendation: Enable "discussions" to give us a place to share Command Agent files #13

Issue Description

I don't have any custom command agent files to share. But if I did, I would want a place to put them. The "Discussions" tab could be a good place for that, but it doesn't seem to be enabled for this repository.
