Notes page #104

Another small idea: a notes page. It should simply be a wrapper in the
webif for a text file, storing any text.

Possible use: i work on the router remotely, make modifications, install
packages, etc. I can write notes on the notes page into a textbox about
what i did. Later when i'm at home, i can open the webif, and see my notes,
even months later, when i would surely forget all i did.
