OpenVPN certificate upload problem #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an existing OpenVPN configuration
2. Modify some parameters, eg port or protocol
3. Click Save Changes then Apply Changes

What is the expected output? 
I expect that the changes are applied and everything is fine.

What do you see instead?
The webifopenvpn removes the already uploaded files (I tried with PEM and
P12 mode too) so the connection will be lost after Apply Changes. It can be
workarounded if I upload the necessary files with every change, but I have
to forgot it one time and I lost the connection to the remote router (I
manage it remotely via OpenVPN).

What version of the product are you using?
8.09
