load_nls still missing in x-wrt 8.09.2 #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Flashed a fresh X-Wrt image 8.09.2
2. Tried to install and insmod kmod-fs-vfat and kmod-nls-cpXXXX
3. insmod fat reports missing symbol load_nls

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The kernel module should load, allowing for FAT32 support

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and web
browser?
Kamikaze 8.09.2 on Asus WL-500gP

Please provide any additional info below.

This is the same as http://code.google.com/p/x-wrt/issues/detail?id=140 I
think. kmod-nls-base is not included in image again.
