Cannot download webif_latest.ipk #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I am trying to follow the instructions: http://wl700ge.hezik.nl/ for an install 
of Kamikaze 8.09.2 However the Routersetup.sh script fails when installing 
x-wrt as it tries to download it from: 
http://downloads.x-wrt.org/xwrt/kamikaze/8.09/brcm-2.4/webif_latest.ipk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected install and setup of x-wrt to allow me to manage my router. However I 
get a 404 error and cannot locate an alternative package that can be installed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and web 
browser?

openwrt 8.09 web browser n/a as I cannot get it installed. 

Please provide any additional info below.
