Optional ipkg install path option #32

When using external USB disc it is possible to install packages on that
disc instead of flash. A nice howto is available at
http://www.macsat.com/macsat/content/view/16/3 0/ But the fantastic WEBIF2
does not provide the option.

It would be great it it did.

Changed System->Packages page so that it is possible to change the install
destination and automatically link packages against root if they are installed 
on
external devices.

You can also add new destinations on that page.

Sry, forgot to tell the correct paths:

/www/cgi-bin/webif/system-ipkg.sh
/bin/ipkg-link.sh
/usr/lib/webif/functions.sh

It would be better to properly set $PATH instead of symlinking everything into /
