What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Status/Bandwidth page in webif
2. Click the install bandwidthd button (i think it was called that)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should install the bandwidth package. Doesn't seem to do anything.
I can install it through the System/Packages page without a problem, and
works perfectly that way.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and web
browser?
Using r13370 now, but didn't work with earlier one either. Xpsp3enu,
Firefox 3.0.4

Please provide any additional info below.
