Hello there,
I am trying to create a database using code that looks like this:
await data.executeStatement({ sql: `CREATE DATABASE ${database}`, });
But I receive the error: ERROR: CREATE DATABASE cannot run inside a transaction block.

Wondering if there is a way to execute a statement without creating a transaction. If I set the transactionId to nothing it still errors out.
