When I'm going through the index, it renders 3_2(c2r2+r2, 0) in Watchmen ch. 4 correctly but doesn't show the entire string (the 0 gets cut off). This isn't a big deal because the rendered image and the thumbnail match up and give me the information needed, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Thanks for reminding me to record this bug -- it also relates also relates to the fixed canvas size.

Given the extreme length of some panelcode strings I also need to make a decision whether to:

not include the string in the visual output at all
include it, but long strings have an ellipsis e.g. after a certain number of characters
include it, but line-wrap long strings to multiple lines, e.g. with a hanging indent
