How do I define plan? #2

Hi...thanks for putting this together. I am new to home assistant. I have the card installed, but when I create the card in lovelace, I get the message "you need to define a plan" and I am not sure how to do this. Thanks in advance.

how do you use it for EV-TOU-5? is their an API that pulls the tariffs or do I need to create something?
