What is this index for?

Terms?
Listings?
Concepts?

Is it desired to have just the name of the reference and the page number? Or also a segment of content?

Just a reference and page number for now. I was imagining a fairly vanilla index, so you could flip to the back and find pages containing occurrences of "function overloading". So I guess that makes it terms and concepts at a minimum.

Everything that's marked with \Keyword{...} is currently indexed. It'd be nice to add a few more indexes, but it's probably not necessary given the brevity of the book at this point.
