When using the passive of this card, you can play cards when it's not your turn.
For example, in a hypothetical scenario, I have Untamed and Brobnar cards in my hand. I declare I am using Brobnar and so I play cards of that house, however, Witch of the Wilds passive allows me to also play one Untamed card in my had, so I play it. So far everything works perfectly.
It gets wonky when you end your turn and you have still Untamed cards in your hand. For some reason, during your opponent's turn, you are able to play an additional Untamed card. I don't know if playing that Untamed counts towards your next turn but it can cause confusion.
