Poltergeist / Tentacus interaction #399

Poltergeist/Tentacus interaction - I used Poltergeist on my opponent's library of babble while I had a tentacus in play.
It appeared to charge my opponent for the artifact use.

Thanks for the report - I'm going to create a new issue for this on the official keyteki tracker as we had a bad link up for the last little while and these issues are just getting seen.
