feat: update schema version for CVSSv4 #166

To help get the ball rolling for #163, updated the schema to 2.2 and added the CVSS v4.0 schema. Happy to collaborate with others or throw this away :-)

failure currently expected. I'm going to merge this and start in on support for CVSSv4.
