Let the browser include in SSL the jsapi if needed #19

When using gvis 2.0.3 with a HTTPS website, the browser complains there are some external resources which are not loaded with SSL.

Fixing this.

BTW, do you plan a 2.0.4 anytime soon?

Added the escape of all strings included in single quote.

Sorry that took so long to get merged. I've released 2.0.4 without this, as a replacement for 2.0.3 (which I realised was a broken release), and will push this out as 2.1.0
