Terminal plus 0.14.5 doesn't work on 2 windows boxes #571

I installed the tool on2 different windows boxes, my win 10 box and a win server 2012, after installing, clicking on the plus sign, I have a black screen with a blinking rectangle but the text "Windows...." is not showing and cant type AtomBlinkink anything.
