Generic table #17

Propose a feature to allow users of getting easily a table without a dedicated mixin.

@jmanteau - thank you for this PR. I understand what you are looking for to add, and I agree this is a good idea, and very useful. I am going to "promote" this feature idea directly to the base class rather than a mixin. I'll do this as part of the 6.0.2 release and attribute you on the idea. I'll leave this issue open until I've completed that code.

This PR has been resolved into 0.6.3, available in PyPi.
