LICENSE file is missing #43

Hello,

The Apache license requires license text to be present along with source, but I can't find it in this git repository.

Would appreciate if you could add it and make a new release (so that it appears also on pypi.org).

Hi there, product manager at NetBox Labs here. I'm cruising for plugins that ought to be added to our plugin catalog and I see this one is missing from the list. It'll need to have a license on record first, though, which I see this issue captures. I see the plugin's PyPI record indicates Apache2; if you want to assign the issue to me, I'd be happy to create a PR to the repo so that all the dictates of that license are met.

@jeremyschulman sorry about the extra PR. I used curl to grab the file directly from apache.org and forgot to rename it before committing.
