Windows accent colors restored #197

Summary of the Pull Request

Addition of update active windows color usong UI library

I added method which applies accent color while window activation. After that, it change theme if necessary. WIthout changing a theme application doesn't remember type of theme in its settings — it could be light, but the appeareance would be dark
