Steps to reproduce

I have a instance of mechanical equipment with two connectors. Initially, I drew pipes from both connectors as shown in the photo(Screenshot 01). When I navigate to the MEP model, then go to ConnectorManager, and finally to ConnectorSet, everything works fine (Screenshot 02).

However, the issue arises when I return to the mechanical equipment, delete a pipe from any connector (Screenshot 03), and then go back to ConnectorSet through (MEP Model -> ConnectorManager -> ConnectorSet). Revit crashes when I try to access the connector that I deleted(Screenshot 04) and no data about connecter i delete it then Revit Creash.

I tried using another family. I drew a pipe or duct from the connector of the mechanical equipment and then deleted it. When I snoop the mechanical equipment and go to the connectors, Revit crashes.

Note: I'm using Revit 2025.1

Works fine for me after deleting the pipe
