No gate mode option in NoteSeq #21

NoteSeq only outputs a short blast of signal when the playhead gets to a note, messing with the ADSR.

A gate mode option like in GridSeq would fix that.

You can use a bogaudio DADSR(H) and place it in trigger mode. I find it a better adsr than the fundamental one :)

I'll try that, but it still seems like a problem.
