EmberPlusViewer displays ghost elements #16

The EmberPlusViewer is displaying ghost elements, see the attached screenshot. 
The ghost elements are appended flat - not hierarchical.

As far as i know, this issue is already known. Therefore i don't spend more 
time to investigate the exact circumstances.

This might be a duplicate of issue 7 if the following condition is true:
"The bug is triggered by the inclusion of both the "contents" set and the 
"children" sequence in a QualifiedNode."
