Not nice behavior of "Create Parameter" dialog of TinyEmberPlus #18

Problem 1:
1. Right click on a node and choose "Create Parameter..."
-> Focus/selection not on the "Identifier" textbox, should be on it

Problem 2:
1. Right click on a node and choose "Create Parameter..."
2. Enter a value for the "Identifier"
-> Focus still on "Cancel" button, should better be on "OK"

TinyEmberPlus v 2.10.6
