Anoying validation error of "Create Node" and "Create Parameter" dialog of TinyEmberPlus #19

1. Right click on a node and choose "Create Node"
2. Enter one valid character to the "Identifier"-textbox, e.g. "a"
3. Press backspace -> "Validation error" is displayed, which is anoying
-> Better validate on "OK" or in-time display the state of the validation in a 
label + enable/disable the "OK"-button.

Same for the "Create Parameter" dialog.

TinyEmberPlus v 2.10.6
