Updated Ember+ service discovery documentation

I reviewed and updated the document 'EmBER Service Discovery_v0.2.docx' and 
propose it here to be updated in the repository. I suggest to rename the 
documents and remove the old ones (0.2). Feel free to add more changes if you 
like.

Changes:
- EmBER replaced by the official name Ember+
- Set version of the document to 0.3
- Replaced Bonjour by Zero Configuration Networking, because Bonjour is just 
Apple's implementation of Zeroconf
- Added section Zero Configuration Networking implementations with hints to 
existing librarries
- Updated references with additional internet links
- Renamed documents to 'Ember+ Service Discovery.docx' and 'Ember+ Service 
Discovery.pdf'
